Positive: It is remarkably cozy and well laid out. My wife goes to bed early but I was able to watch tv in the living room without disturbing her. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owners were kind and helpful without being an imposition. Good location if you have a car.

Negative: No complaints. The unit matched the photos in the listing. I would book again in a heartbeat.
